My passion for photography started when I took my first shots with my dad's Agfa camera at the age of 11.
My professional development started by learning the trade as an apprentice and later enrolling in a Diplome Course in Visual Communication at the University of Applied Science in Dortmund, Germany. Relocating to Australia in the 80s, I
graduated from a Post Graduate Diploma in a Fine Art Photography course at Phillip Institute of Technology (now RMIT University). Over a span of three decades I have photographed many different subjects, working for RMIT, servicing all areas of the University and supplying a broad spectrum of imagery to the RMIT community.

I am a specialist in the production of VR tours and have been a member of the IVRPA (International Virtual Reality Association) since 2005.
Working as the RMIT University Photographer, in 2012 I created my first 360 virtual tour of an art exhibition for the RMIT Gallery and since then documented every show as a VR tour until March 2020

Central Victoria’s premiere community-run arts space, with four versatile exhibition spaces with an inbuilt hanging system, a workshop room, a fully equipped kitchen and an office space available for hire.
The platform, an evocative space
to hold a long lunch or an intimate performance. An outdoor fire pit and inbuilt seating has hosted community story-telling and is a welcoming gathering space.
Surrounded by peaceful gardens and treed park area, the Arts Hub is a unique venue and great space to show a movie, host a dinner, play an instrument or deliver a talk.
One of my mayor projects working for RMIT University was the photographic reproduction of high quality digital images of the Art Collection between 1996 and 2018.
